I'll give you my take on your photograph - overall, this is a lovely image, nicely done.
On the plus side: the tones, detail, water texture,highlights control and ambience captured.
On the not so good side: - Composition wise it doesn't feel balanced to me. The foreground subject is too confusing (no specific focal point) and the in background you placed the rived right in the middle of the shot. I guess it could have been nicer if you moved a bit more to your right and pan the shot to the left, so that the river would be more on the 1st right third of the shot.
- Again, the foreground is confusing, there is too much to look at.THis image could also work nicely if your foreground subject was that large boulder in the middle of the water (i.e. shooting right after your current foreground).
These 'not so good points' are critical to create an impactful shot.
