Ryten by TobiasRichter Ryten by TobiasRichter
View from top of Ryten to bay of Kvalvika and the surrounding mountains in the last evening light.

NORWAY 2013
My trip to Norway in 2013 led me from the Lysefjord in the south to the Sunnmøre Alps near Ålesund and finally to the islands of Lofoten and Senja in the north. During the nearly 5 weeks trip I got many good opportunities to photograph the incredible scenery in stunning light. During some hikes in lesser known area, I tried to find a few new scenes. I hope you enjoy the results!

Magnificent.I'd love to build a 'getaway-from-it-all' cabin there. Somewhere on that sunny slope, so that you can get a nice view of the beach.

Wow.Nice.How long did you have to wait for clear weather that far north on the coast?

I was lucky during my trip and only got ~7 days with rain in 5 weeks.

This is so magnificent :) Loved the top view. it is so soul filling. It only makes you look how the small the world could get from that place :)

What a beautiful sight!

I would try some selective burning of the shadows in the sky and water though. Give it some more contrast, it's a little bland.

That beach down there is very inviting! Did you make your way down to it? ;)
