Segla Wall by TobiasRichter Segla Wall by TobiasRichter
About 640 m raises the steep wall of the Segla, partly overhanging above the Mefjorden and is therefore also called Preikestolen of the north. I had the chance to capture this impressive peak on the island of Senja during a fantastic sunset.

NORWAY 2013
My trip to Norway in 2013 led me from the Lysefjord in the south to the Sunnmøre Alps near Ålesund and finally to the islands of Lofoten and Senja in the north. During the nearly 5 weeks trip I got many good opportunities to photograph the incredible scenery in stunning light. During some hikes in lesser known area, I tried to find a few new scenes. I hope you enjoy the results!

Beautiful shot.  Great for drawing reference. The colors make it feel like a scene from THE HOBBIT or THE LORD OF THE RINGS. :D :winner:

I've been to the Lofoten Islands, and I think it is one of the most beautiful places on Earth... of course maybe I feel that way about Norway in general. :) Thank you for sharing these shots!
