Interesting foreground in combination with the idea of long exposure... There is still something missing like outstanding lighting or a fascinating main motive in center/background areas of the picuture. So in this way your work suffers from the absence of the special charakter, you "only" played around with the perspective and the foreground! But it is still a good picture with its own effects and impacts on the viewer
